Some required cookies are necessary for the website to function and do not require your consent. Parts of this website or app offer users the opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information. ULLU does not filter, edit, publish, or review comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of ULLU, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts them. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, ULLU shall not be liable for the comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the comments on this website/app.

ULLU reserves the right to monitor all comments and remove any that are considered inappropriate, offensive, or that breach these Terms and Conditions.

Usership  
This User Agreement is an agreement between the customer (sometimes referred to as “you”) and ULLU (sometimes referred to as “we” or “our”). By signing up for ULLU, you consent to this Agreement and all other rules — including, but not limited to, any outlined within the following sections. You agree not to misuse our service for prohibited, immoral, or unlawful purposes. If you break any laws, rules, or regulations, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account. Below is a general outline of your responsibilities as a ULLU user:

Registration  
When you register, we only require basic information; however, more detailed information may be needed later. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service.

Transferring Information  
You cannot, under any circumstances, transfer your account information to another account. Likewise, packages cannot be transferred to a different account unless it corrects an error made by ULLU.

​

Website Use  
By using our website, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including (but not limited to) all South Korean postal regulations and any regulations set by foreign jurisdictions and postal couriers.

Security  
It is your responsibility to keep your password secure, preventing improper access or use by others. Please contact us directly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or a security breach.

Canceling Your Account
You can cancel your account at any time, as long as you don’t have any outstanding transactions, parcels in transit, etc.

 

Verifying Information  
To ensure your safety, you may need to verify your information. Information we may request includes legal documentation such as a driver’s license, passport, or other forms of identification.

Unsuitable Purchases/Prohibited Items  
By using our service, you agree to follow guidelines that deem certain goods unacceptable (and thus unshippable). Goods may be unshippable if they are classified as hazardous, dangerous, prohibited, or restricted by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), or any other relevant organization. If we receive products we can’t ship, we will notify you. We have the right to refuse any product we feel is unsuitable for shipping, even if it is legal.

If an unsuitable purchase makes it through our receiving process, this does not necessarily mean we can ship it. You may be given several options: to dispose of the package, return it to the store, etc. Even if you pay for shipping, we may need to void the transaction. We do not accept responsibility for these items or for return shipping fees. If your goods are seized or confiscated, we are not required to offer a refund or compensation. Prohibited items differ by country. You can find the full list of restricted items on our website.

Our Services  
We reserve the right to change our functions, processes, and fees as we see fit (we will notify you of any changes). Below is a general outline of ULLU’s services:

Receiving Packages
Upon receiving your package, we gather all information necessary to accurately identify and ship your products. If needed, we will physically inspect the package. We can receive oversized packages, although additional fees may apply. An oversized package is defined as a parcel with any single dimension greater than 120 cm, or a total weight of 65 kg or more.

Packages may be removed from the original parcel after inspection. If you would like to keep the original parcel, you must fill out an incoming package form.

Receiving Mail  
We can receive letters or postcards, but we do not take responsibility if they are lost. Mail is delivered to a shared postbox, not directly to our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend using domestic shipping with a tracking number.

​

Storage  
We store your packages for free for up to 1 month. After 1 month, an additional storage fee of $1 per package per day will be charged. The maximum storage period is 60 days, and ULLU reserves the right to dispose of packages that exceed the storage deadline. The storage limit is cumulative and applies to consolidated packages as well. The 1-month and 60-day cycles do not reset after repackaging your products.

Repackaging/Consolidation  
If you request a repack, we will consolidate all the selected packages into one box to save space and shipping costs. We typically remove all supplemental information — packing slips, extra packaging, etc. After repackaging or consolidation has been completed, additional repack requests will not be accepted, as packages will have been forwarded to the loading area. Please note that the consolidation and repackaging process takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping  
Once shipping costs are paid, we will ship your package. We offer a variety of Express, Priority, and Standard shipping options. However, we reserve the right to add, change, or remove courier services at any time.

If a package cannot be delivered (due to wrong address, unsuccessful delivery, customs clearance failure, etc.), it will be sent back to the sender’s address or disposed of at the carrier’s local facility according to the carrier’s policy. We will notify you if we are informed by the carrier, but we cannot take responsibility for packages that are disposed of or returned if reasonable measures are not taken by you within the deadline specified by the carrier.

In the event of a return, the shipping fee will not be covered by us, and you will be charged additional costs. ULLU has no control over any return-related costs, such as return shipping fees, duties, and taxes levied by local customs.

Prohibited Items  
ULLU does NOT ship any of the following items for security reasons. If your package is disposed of or returned due to containing prohibited items, there may be additional fees, such as return shipping, repacking, or split service fees. ULLU is not responsible for delays or costs caused by restricted/prohibited items.

Prohibited items include:

- Food (not eligible for shipping to the USA)  
- Liquids (not eligible with UPS)  
- Art, antiques, precious stones, and precious metals  
- Money, coins, debit/credit cards, SIM cards, securities, valuable documents like passports  
- Perishable goods  
- Breakable items  
- Dangerous goods (chemicals, paint, batteries, perfume, etc.). *Some dangerous goods may be shipped in limited quantities*

Address Corrections  
We can assist with changing your address, even after your package has been shipped, by contacting the carrier (fees may apply). If the address error was caused by ULLU, we will cover the address change fee.

​

Shipping Cost Estimation - Shipping Calculator  
We offer a shipping rate estimator for your convenience. Entering your location provides an estimated shipping cost. However, these are estimates, and actual costs will be determined once the package is in our warehouse (actual weights/dimensions may differ from those provided by retailers or carriers). The shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or other

 charges incurred by importing goods — these are levied by carriers and/or your country’s customs department.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of the package’s actual weight or its dimensional weight (size). Dimensional weight is calculated as (L x W x H) / dimensional factor (provided by the carrier).

We reserve the right to update the shipping calculator as needed, including costs and features.

Concierge Shopping Service - We Buy & Ship  
If you are unable to complete a transaction, we can purchase products on your behalf for a fee. Fees include a transaction fee and an order handling fee. We do not purchase products until after you pay.

If, after payment, we discover that the cost of the goods has changed, we will contact you to pay the difference. All price changes depend on the seller, so we recommend completing your orders as quickly as possible.

Order cancellations are accepted BEFORE your order is dispatched by the seller. After your order arrives at ULLU’s warehouse, you must contact us within 48 business hours of its arrival and status change to "Confirmed." Refunds will be processed after deducting fees for cancellations, including:

- Cancellation processing fee: $10  
- Domestic shipping fee  
- Handling fee: $5  
- Transaction fee: 8% of the item price (including domestic shipping fee)

Insurance & Claims - Damage, Loss, etc 
Most outgoing shipments (except K-Post) are insured. The amount reimbursed depends on the designated carrier’s policy. Visit our website for details on free insurance coverage provided by each carrier used on ULLU. Claims for lost or damaged items should be filed directly with the local carrier responsible for the final delivery.

If a package or item is lost or damaged within our facility, ULLU will work with you to recover the full cost, and we take full responsibility unless we can prove fault. If an incoming shipment appears damaged, we will notify you immediately, although claims will need to be filed with the carrier.

Please note that the outer case/box is for protecting the goods inside. Damage such as breakage, scratches, or discoloration on the case/box cannot be compensated.

Returns and Exchanges - We Buy & Ship  
If a product is still in our warehouse, we can help you return it to the retailer. Returns processed from our warehouse incur a $10 handling fee, and additional shipping costs if a return label is not provided by the retailer.

In cases where a We Buy & Ship service was used, you may incur a restocking fee, depending on the retailer’s policy. You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse. However, the original $5 handling fee will not be refunded in this case.

Once the merchandise has shipped from our warehouse, you will need to complete the return process independently or ship the package back to us.

Product Photographs  
Upon request, we can take pictures of your packages' contents. Fees apply at a rate of $2 per product photo.

​

Customer Service  
Our customer support team can help with any problems you may have regarding packages, items, shipments, etc. We typically respond within 48 hours, except on weekends or holidays. Contact us at support@platbom.com.

Legal Matters  
By signing up for — and using — ULLU, you agree to the following guidelines as they relate to legal matters:

Limitation of Liability  
ULLU is not liable for lost profits or damages related to our services or associated third parties. If you do not purchase shipment insurance, our liability is limited to $100. Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 3 days of delivery. We are not responsible for any penalties, losses, or damages incurred due to impounded goods or related documents by customs or other authorities.

Disclaimer of Warranties  
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ULLU reserves the right to suspend or change services at any time.

​

Trademarks  
ULLU, its logos, and its designs are trademarks and may not be used without written permission.

​

Appointment of ULLU as Customer's Agent  
You appoint ULLU as an agent for customs clearance and preparing shipping documents. We may need to prepare (on your behalf) a Certificate of Origin or a Shipper's Export Declaration. You are responsible for any fees related to these forms.

​

Import/Export Compliance  
As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure the product value is correct. ULLU is responsible for complying with all applicable Korean export laws. You must comply with your country’s import laws and provide all necessary documentation.

​

Verifying Your Identity  
We may request identity verification for fraud prevention. We reserve the right to refuse orders or shipments until verification is complete.

​

Fraud  
If you are suspected of fraud, ULLU reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and hold items until legal ownership is proven.

Miscellaneous

Viruses/Malware  
We take precautions to prevent viruses and malware from infecting our website. In the event of a security issue, we will notify users promptly.

​

Forces Outside of Our Control
ULLU is not responsible for losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, wars, or technical disruptions.
**Retailers Who Don’t Ship to Freight Forwarders**  
Some retailers refuse to ship to freight forwarders. If this happens, contact us, and we will try to help.

Reviews and Testimonials 
We welcome honest reviews of our services. With your permission, we may feature your review on our website or in promotional materials. We will not share your private information without your consent.

​

Modification of Services  
ULLU reserves the right to modify, terminate, or adjust these Terms and Conditions as needed. Users will be notified of any changes.

​

Shipping Carrier Annual Price Increases  
Shipping carriers typically increase prices annually. ULLU reserves the right to pass these increases on to customers. Fuel surcharges fluctuate month-to-month and will be passed on accordingly.

User Suggestions  
If you have ideas or suggestions for improving our service, feel free to share them. We will consider changes that benefit most users.
